We are writing to say how pleased we are with the new upvc windows which have been installed in our flat and to express our thanks for the work done. The quality of the materials is very good and the standard of workmanship displayed is excellent.

We should like to offer our special thanks to the fitters who carried out the work for us. They were very helpful and pleasant people and nothing was to much trouble for them, including patiently answering the many questions we put to them during the period of work. They have a thorough knowledge of their trade and are good craftsmen and did a great job in the fitting of our windows. It would be appreciated if you would pass on our thanks to them.

Dear Southern Windows

Just before Christmas we decided to complete our window fitting project and Russell visited us with a view to providing estimates for windows and doors and I write to say how pleased we are with the finished products.

The administration regarding our telephone calls, receiving the estimates and arranging further visits was quick and efficient. The fitters always arrived on time, they were professional, friendly and informative. Besides the fact that they worked very fast they also left our home clean and tidy. Thank you guys you are a credit to your profession.

Our home is now draft free, it looks amazing both from inside and outside and we have had lots of compliments from our neighbours and friends. We cannot wait until the summer to open all our lovely new windows!
